He is more than just a great Music Producer and Guitarist he is a well rounded person as well.
Ricardo Love was born and raised in Michigan however he as lived his adult life in New York, Oakland, now In Hollywood California. Grass roots organizing was a part of Ricardo Love's life early as his mother was a social worker in the mid size town of Kalamazoo Michigan and often included him in her social work calendar. Later Ricardo Became President of the NAACP Youth Group, Vice President of his senior class and President of the North Side Youth Advisory Council (a youth activist group).
In his adult life he as continued on the path for social change in the follow organizations:

Ujamaa Alive (co-operative economic for African American program) Founder
Simba (African American Youth Mentoring Org.) Mentor, Instructor

Simba Mentoring and Instructor Training: Child and Adult Psychology, Self Actualation, Motivational, Preventative and Proactive Counseling.
Teacher for Special Friends Program: Child intervention in program in Oakland and nation wide public schools systems
Land Mark Education: The Forum and Advance Forum (introspective and general self improvement course designed to elevated level of your goals and prospective in life.
Land Mark Education: S.E.L.P (Leadership program designed to teach you to organize and execute a socially elevation program to benefit society as a whole.)
In addition to the before mentioned Ricardo Love is a Music Producer and Musician and has used these skills in combination with the training above to create the following socially activist artist creations:
"Love According To Love", The Love Poets a neo-soul music and love poetry CD with the theme of healthy love relationships.
All In Love Creations Youth Arts a program incorporating original music, poems, singing, rap and dance with the theme of self love and self esteem. These programs where done in Oakland public schools and Local churches.
Kwanzaa Album a recording project designed to teach the principles of the African American Celebration Kwanzaa in music and poetry.
